FULL
PLANNING
starts at $6,000-

our full planning services are a FULL DINNER BUFFET of planning! our most comprehensive package will look a little different for each couple, but generally means ODDLY ever after will work with you effective one-year prior to when you say “I do.”
 
we help with every single detail to ensure e v e r y t h i n g is perfect. we answer all your questions + guide you through the entire process start to finish.
 
this package starts at $6,000 + typically includes the below items but can be fully customized to fit your needs.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • creation of a collaborative mood-board via pinterest + vision development *NOTE: this does not include decor sourcing, but that can be added if you so wish - remember, everything is fully customizable!

  • task timeline creation + management to ensure planning stays on track guest list creation + management

  • creation of save the dates, invitations, wedding website + thank you cards

  • unlimited communication via email

  • monthly in-person or virtual touch-base meetings

  • budget creation + management

  • sourcing + procurement of all vendors

  • vendor management + communication

  • creation of day-of schedule/timeline/flow of ceremony + reception creation of day-of signage ie: schedule of events, menus, table cards + programs

  • full-service day-of coordination which means on your wedding day we will take the lead ensuring everyone who needs to know is well-informed of the schedule and their respective tasks. we also take care of setup + teardown.

PARTIAL
PLANNING
starts at $3,000-

our partial planning services are similar to our full planning services, but on a smaller scale. we will start to work together 5 months prior to your wedding date.

 

think of a catered lunch instead of the buffet. ​​

 

this package starts at $3,000 + typically includes the below items but can be fully customized to fit your needs.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • task timeline creation + management

  • 5 meetings to go over all the details of the task timelines. these are typically held virtually + 1hr in duration. at these meetings, ODDLY ever after will ensure you are on the right track + let you know where your focus should be at each point in time.

  • unlimited communication via email

  • vendor recommendation + contact details

  • we will create a detailed day-of timeline to be shared with yourselves/the wedding parties + all vendors. this will be provided to you at the 2 weeks out meeting.

  • full-service day-of coordination which means on your wedding day we will take the lead ensuring everyone who needs to know is well-informed of the schedule and their respective tasks. we also take care of setup + teardown.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

in order for us to do a killer job, we need you to provide the below details of your wedding as soon as you have them.

  • copy of invitation

  • theme/colour scheme if applicable

  • estimated guest count

  • pinterest mood-board(s) if you have them

  • venue floorplan

  • contact info for one person in each wedding party. typically this is the maid of honour + groomsman

  • vendor list + contact info for each

FULL SERVICE
DAY-OF COORDINATION
starts at $1,500-

full-service DOC is the right choice for couples who have done most of the planning themselves, but need some help near the end to pull the final details together + to ensure execution on the day-of is flawless.

 

you’ve ate dinner but need to look at a desert menu.

 

this service starts at $1,500 + typically includes the below items but can be fully customized to fit your needs.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • 3 meetings (1 month out, 2 weeks out + 1 week out) to go over all the details. these are typically held virtually + 1hr in duration. at these meetings, ODDLY ever after will ensure you are on the right track + let you know where your focus should be at each point in time by providing task timelines.

  • we will answer any questions you might have + provide expert feedback.

  • we will create a detailed day-of timeline to be shared with yourselves/the wedding parties + all vendors. this will be provided to you at the 2 weeks out meeting.

  • on your wedding day we will take the lead ensuring everyone who needs to know is well-informed of the schedule and their respective tasks. we also take care of setup + teardown.

BASIC
DAY-OF COORDINATION

starts at $800-

done everything yourself? show off.

the basic DOC is the right choice for couples who have done all of the planning themselves. basic DOC is just that - basic. no setup or teardown is included.

 

you’ve smashed dinner + desert, time to unbutton those pants, sit back + relax.

 

this services starts at $800 + typically includes the below items but can be fully customized to fit your needs.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

we work with the day-of schedule/timeline you’ve created to herd all of the cats. we will make sure that everyone is where they need to be at the right time.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

in order for us to do a killer job, we need you to provide your day-of schedule/timeline one month prior to wedding day.

AL A CARTE MENU

if you want to be a picky eater, you can choose from the menu below.

 

most of the a la carte services are held as virtual or in-person meetings + cost $150 per 1hr brainstorming session.

 

if your al a carte choice requires additional service post-meeting, it's billed on a project by project basis.​

can't think of your theme or colour palette? start here. this brainstorming session includes a detailed questionnaire to ensure we get your vision nailed down from the very beginning to guarantee cohesive design elements in all aspects of your wedding from save the dates to venue decor.

 

TASK TIMELINE

let ODDLY ever after create a task timeline for you. WTF is a task timeline you ask? well. it's essentially an outline of what needs to be done + when. it's a custom checklist for your wedding that ensures you stay on track.

STATIONARY DESIGN
